Our Story

Some of you will remember The Cottage Bakery, The Bakehouse, IlPanificio, Godfreys Bakery, Cottage Bakehouse. These are some of the names we have been known by over the years and we still call on all of the many years of experience and recipes from all of these to create all of our delicious bakery items today.

We have three retail outlets 58 Bond St, 132 George St and 21 Frederick St all in Dunedin. We also have large wholesale arm supplying our products to a lot of great Dunedin businesses and further afield including Moyles Fresh Choice, Roslyn Fresh Choice, Devil Burger Queenstown, Starfish, Citizens, Otago Polytechnic, Dispensary Cafes, Marbecks just to name a few.

Catering is also a big part of our business and we would be happy to help with any requirements you have.

We are proud to be able to supply fundraising options to clubs, school, societies etc by way of on selling a selection of our baked goods.
